The writer responds to some questions from the addressee, explaining why Sardar Muhammad Husayn Aqa does not incude Rahim Bayg in decision-making, that Bibi Khanum was willing to evacuate, but Karbalayi Ziba Khanum did not accept it because she would get lonely in Bibi Khanum's absence, and that Hujjat al-Islam should send someone to resolve the disputes among the late Muhammad's inheritors.

Letter sealed on verso by Mahdi Muntasir Lashkar; he warns that helping to move ‘Amid Lashkar's peasant, Iskandar, from Zaviyah village would lead to resentment between the writer, the addressee, and ‘Amid Lashkar; if Iskandar wants to relocate, the addressee should not be the cause of it. Note on verso, in different handwriting, denies taking Iskandar and advises the addressee to investigate the issue by questioning Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali.

This involves Hamid Khan and ‘Abd al-Razzaq Khan, who are addressed in the second and the third parts of the letter.
